What you need to do to be effective in this role:

  • You will be required to demonstrate proficient skills in AutoCAD
  • You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes
  • Experience in using and understanding Revit would be beneficial
  • Ability to express ideas effectively, verbally, graphically and in writing
  • Ability to prepare technical drawings packages and specifications
  • Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
  • Strong organisation, planning and timekeeping skills
  • An understanding of Building and Construction technology
  • Knowledge of UK best practice standards
  • Develop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to address their challenges
  • You may already hold an existing security clearance
  • You may have experience in government, defence, critical infrastructure, or similar security-sensitive environments
