Role: Assistant Building Regs Principal Designer
Location: Remote based Must be able to travel to projects across London & Home Counties
Salary: Up to £35,000 + attractive benefits package

Our client has been delivering innovative and high quality engineering solutions for over 40 years, working across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, office, industrial and heritage schemes. As Building Regulations Principal Designer, you will act as a central figure in ensuring projects meet the requirements of the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations framework. Working closely with engineers, MEP team, architects, clients, and wider design teams, you will help guide projects through the compliance process while promoting best practice in design coordination and risk management.
