An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Architectural Technologist / Technician to join a leading practice specialising in data centre and mission critical schemes, as well as industrial, laboratory and other complex buildings.
This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys technically challenging projects and wants to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
You will be involved in the delivery of major data centre and mission critical projects across all RIBA stages, working closely with architects, engineers and clients to produce high-quality technical information.
Key Responsibilities
*
Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
*
Supporting projects from concept through to construction and handover
*
Coordinating with consultants and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy
*
Contributing to the development of technical standards and best practice
*
Working on complex building types including data centres, industrial and laboratory projects
About You
*
3–7 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technician
*
Proven experience on data centre, mission critical, industrial, laboratory or similarly complex projects
*
Strong Revit skills (essential)
*
Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
*
Confident working across all RIBA stages
*
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
