Architectural Technologist / Technician Salary £40 – 45 KBorough MarketFull time, Monday - Friday  Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and construction packages using Revit 2. Collaborate with in house and external architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants during design development and construction phases. 3. Support the technical coordination between design and site teams for Design & Build projects. 4. Assist in planning and building control submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant UK Building Regulations and legislation. 5. Contribute to value engineering and the optimisation of design solutions to suit project budgets and programme. 6. Attend site meetings, carry out surveys, and assist with construction detailing, snagging, and issue resolution during project delivery. 7. Develop and maintain up-to-date project documentation, including specification writing and tender information. 8. Advise on sustainability, materials selection, and construction technologies. 9.
