Aztrum are proud to announce that we will be partnering with a developing, innovative architectural practice located in Birmingham. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architectural Technician to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
Support planning applications and building control submissionsKey Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
3-5 years’ experience within architectural practice
Experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Experience in producing technical drawings and construction documentation
