A highly regarded design practice specialising in high-density urban living is seeking an accomplished Architectural Technologist to join its London-based technical team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, design-led residential and mixed-use developments across BTR, PBSA and major regeneration schemes in prime urban locations. Projects are fast-paced, technically challenging and delivered for leading institutional developers and investment-backed clients.

The Role:

You will take ownership of technical delivery from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, translating ambitious planning-approved designs into coordinated, construction-ready information.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing detailed, accurate and coordinated drawing packages in Revit

*

Developing technical solutions across large, multi-unit residential schemes

*

Preparing and managing specifications using NBS Chorus

*

Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations, fire strategy, residential standards and planning conditions

*

Coordinating with structural, MEP and façade consultants

*

Responding to contractor queries and supporting project teams through delivery stages

*

Contributing to quality control and technical consistency across projects
