Deliver a range of industrial projects from inception through to completion
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure high quality and technical compliance
Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
Submit planning and building regulation applicationsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree in Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience in a Technologist role within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
CIAT registered would be desirable
Experience working on projects across various sectors or sector specialist experience
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
