Arcus Salesforce Software Developer (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Arcus Software Developer for an initial 6-month contract to support the design, development, and enhancement of solutions built on the Arcus platform, with a strong integration focus on Salesforce.
The ideal contractor will have hands-on experience delivering Arcus-based implementations, integrating Arcus with Salesforce, and working in complex enterprise environments.
This is a fully remote role, operating outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations using the Arcus platform
Build and support Arcus-Salesforce integrations, including APIs and data flows
Customize and extend Arcus functionality to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Arcus and Salesforce environments
Participate in technical design sessions and code reviews
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards
Support deployments, releases, and production issue resolution
Skills & Experience
Proven, hands-on experience working with the Arcus platform
Strong experience integrating Arcus with Salesforce
Solid software development experience
Experience working with Local Authority/Councils
Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Salesforce APIs)
