About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have plenty of experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours, forensic cohorts and legal frameworks Significant experience working as a Manager within the Learning Disability sector, preferably Supported Living and/or Residential Care. Bring strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience of working closely with the CQC and Local Authorities and other relevant MDT's. Be confident, flexible and efficient – you're happy to work on a shift basis and, where required, be on call.
