Perle Hotels is seeking an exceptional Area General Manager to lead our three Isle of Skye properties: The Bosville, Marmalade and The Bracken Hide.
This role has responsibility for a multi-site luxury portfolio in one of the most extraordinary locations in the UK.
The Role
You will hold full accountability for:
Three hotels, three restaurants and two bars
Multi-site P&L performance
Workforce stability in a seasonal island market
Brand standards and guest experience
Operational compliance and governance
Senior leadership development
You will act as the Managing Directors representative on Skye, visible, decisive and commercially sharp, yet grounded and approachable to your teams and the Portree community.

What Were Offering
A package between £72,000 and £83,000 which includes:
A newly renovated three-bedroom family home, with heavily subsidised rent
A discretionary performance-related bonus of up to 10% of annual salary
