Area Manager (Housing) 37 Hours p/w Salary Scale:£46,079 -£59,244 Job Reference:AM/2640/0426 Choice is seeking to recruit a tomanage the housing management service, in accordance with statutory requirements, agreed policies and procedures, achieving high performance and recognising best practice. You will lead, manage and develop a team of frontline housing staff ensuring they operate efficiently, effectively and are well motivated and trained to achieve agreed KPIs and deliver an excellent housing management service.
