A well-established and growing provider within the Audiology & Optical sector is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead regional performance and support continued expansion across the North West of England. This is a key leadership role that combines people management, commercial oversight, and partner engagement, and involves working closely with a network of independent healthcare practices. The Role You will be responsible for:

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Audiologists and support colleagues Strengthening relationships with partner practices to drive mutual growth Supporting new site launches and ongoing regional expansion Monitoring performance through KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery across the region Working collaboratively with internal teams to support operational and commercial objectives

About You

Experience in multi-site leadership within a healthcare, retail, or clinical environment Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance A track record of developing teams and managing stakeholder relationships Confident operating in a field-based, autonomous role Background in healthcare essential, Audiology/Optics advantageous
