Area Relief Supervisor Are you an experienced and dynamic Multi Skilled Supervisor looking for your next position? We are currently looking for anArea Relief Supervisor based primarily at our Mangreen depot, but providing operative and supervisor cover across the South East Aggregates business. The role will involve undertaking multiple cover duties within S&G Quarries, Recycling depots, railhead and more. Duties will include operations of mobile plant such as Loading shovels, Telehandlers, Tractors etc. Operation of Tarmac Weighbridges and also supervision of sites, staff and contractors to provide cover and assistance for Managers and Supervisors. Main Responsibilities Your responsibilities as theArea Relief Supervisorwill include (not exhaustive): Operating Mobile Plant on sites Operation of Weighbridge's Discharge of Train's Supervision of Staff and Contractors Assisting the Operations Manager with meeting daily/weekly production targets Following SHE policies and procedures Ensuring Plant conforms with safety requirements at all times Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities Inspections on the fixed and mobile plant, acting on defects and implement remedial action Ensuring that plant a...
