The role involves managing multiple branches, winning instructions, leading teams, and ensuring excellent client service. Key Responsibilities

Lead sales and lettings operations across assigned branches Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and applicants Support and guide branch teams to achieve sales and lettings targets Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to increase market share Deliver high standards of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process Coach staff in sales and lettings processes to enhance results Report on team performance and pipeline to senior management

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in residential sales and lettings Strong record in valuations and winning instructions Branch management experience or team leadership advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Confident in motivating and supporting teams Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Professional, polished, and credible approach with clients
