Areas to be covered: South based ideally Birmingham to London

Remuneration: £40,000-£55,000 + £10,000 Bonus

Benefits: £7,800 Car Allowance + full benefits package
The role of the Area Sales and Specification Managers - Residential Mechanical Ventilation will involve:

  • Field sales role promoting a mid to high end range of mechanical ventilation , including MEV and MVHR systems
  • Focused on the residential ventilation market
  • 1 x role selling into predominantly M&E contractors and mechanical contactor installers
  • 1 x role winning specifications with housebuilders, architects and M&E Consultants
  • 80% new business development roles, 20% developing projects from existing relationships
  • Projects from 1-200 houses/ flats
  • Typical order value £5,000-30,00 per house/ flat
  • Working in buddy system with either a specification field sales representative or an area field sales representative
  • Acting as the go-to person for technical insight and smart solutions

The ideal applicant will be anArea Sales and Specification Managers Residential Mechanical Ventilation experience with:

Proven field sales track record in HVAC sales

Must have sold into the residential marketplace

Preferably sold ventilation, but open to heat pumps and air conditioning field sales experience

Contacts within M&E contractors and mechanical contactor installers or housebuilders, architects and M&E Consultants preferred

New business hunter
