The Role
You will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of flat roofing and waterproofing systems, focusing primarily on refurbishment projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and securing specifications with surveyors, local authorities, and NHS trusts
Working on commercial projects such as hospitals, schools, and public sector buildings
Conducting roofing condition surveys (full training provided)
Managing projects from specification through to completion
Building strong relationships across key stakeholders
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region
The territory is well-established and performing, offering a strong platform for success.
The Candidate
We are looking for a proactive and driven sales professional who can hit the ground running.
You will ideally have:
Experience selling into refurbishment projects, local authorities, or via surveyors
A proven track record in specification sales or technical construction products
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
Confidence to open doors and generate new opportunities
The ability to present and execute a clear business plan
Product background is flexible – candidates from heavyside or broader construction materials will be considered, although roofing experience would be advantageous.
West Midlands Region
£50,000 – £60,000 Basic + 20% Bonus (OTE £60k–£72k) + Electric / Hybrid Company Car or Allowance + Benefits
The Package
Bonus: 20% (paid annually)
Company car (EV/Hybrid options) or car allowance
Pension (5% employee / 7% employer)
25 days holiday (rising to 26 days)
