If you're currently working in Field Sales or have the talent to match your ambition to thrive in the biggest and best Food Service sales force, and are passionate about forging a career in sales, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Framework Area Sales Manager.
Framework Area Sales Managers will be expected to manage between 60-80 customers depending on geographical area. This includes a mix of end user, GPO, and Public Sector business. The main focus will be building strong relationships to unlock growth opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector.
- Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
- Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
- Understand competitor activity and proposals, ensuring your customers receive the best local solutions.
- Work with Framework Partners to onboard new business.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.
It's essential that you are highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing solutions to support and enhance their business. You should be tenacious, resilient, a self-starter with the drive to succeed, and experienced in delivering against targets. You will be self-motivated to develop yourself continuously, leveraging learning and development programs. There are opportunities for progression into various commercial roles.
You should be confident with our modernization program and new technology adoption to improve customer experience and performance. Experience with Salesforce is not essential but advantageous.
In return, we offer a base salary of £Competitive (DOE), uncapped bonus potential, a home-based contract, company car, holiday purchase options, and access to award-winning products at nearly cost price.
