Area to be covered: North West

Remuneration: £40,000 + circa £10,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Controls & Heating Products will involve:

* Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of controls and heating systems such as: electric / hydronic towel rails, hydraulic radiators, thermostats, timers, heaters and heating devices for both new build or refurbishment applications

* All of your time will be spent selling to & independent builders merchants, regional builders merchants, plumbing and heating merchants, electrical wholesalers and smaller contractors such as: Grahams, City Plumbing, Plumbase, CEF etc

* Turnover target tbc

* Will be predominantly be an account management position however will be expected to generate some new business

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Controls & Heating Products with:

* Worked for or sold to plumbing & heating merchants / electrical wholesalers

* Experience with related electrical / plumbing & heating building product experience such as: heating controls, boilers, radiators, electrical controls, piping systems, plumbing systems

* Would suit someone looking for their 1st or 2nd field sales role

* Energetic self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines

* Trustworthy and professional approach
