Area to be covered: Central (ideally based Birmingham, Northampton or Leicester)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + 30% bonus of basic salary

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Floor, Wall & Roof Insulation will involve:

* Field sales position selling a high end range of manufactured specialist EPS insulation systems for walls, floors and roof applications such as: suspended floor insulation and cavity wall insulation

* All of your time will be spent getting products specified and selling to regional and national housebuilders dealing with technical managers and directors (20+ plots) and groundworkers / ground work contractors

* Managing relationships and back selling through independent merchants
