About your new company Our client, a major powered access hire provider with a large network of depots throughout the UK, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Representative to join their growing commercial team. This well-established organisation supplies a full range of MEWPs and access solutions to construction, industrial, and facilities management customers nationwide. About your new Area Sales Representative role

Manage and grow a defined sales territory Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers in the powered access and related hire sectors. Conduct customer and site visits to identify requirements and propose suitable powered access solutions. Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and secure hire contracts. Work closely with depot managers and operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records.

What you’ll need to succeed as an Area Sales Representative

Previous experience as an Area Sales Representative within powered access or a similar hire environment is essential. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to generate and convert new business. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to manage your own diary, territory, and sales pipeline effectively. A full UK driving licence is required for this Area Sales Representative role.
