Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + profit share bonus
Benefits: negotiable car allowance & benefits packages
The role of the Area Sales Manager Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems will involve:

Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range mortars, plasters and insulation systems

All of your time will be spent selling to key builders merchants & stockist accounts, developers, social housing, landlords architects, specifiers and contractors with the likes of: Travis Perkins, MKM, Buildbase & Jewson

All back sold through the distribution channels

Target will be determined based on your experience

Will conduct CPD seminars

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems with:

Must have sales experience in the construction industry

Would consider someone working within a merchant

Ideally from a insulation background however would consider other building products

Ideally understand back selling through stockist & merchants such as: Travis Perkins, MKM & Jewson

Would consider a contractors & specifier route to market

Work as part of a close knit committed and dedicated team
