Area to be covered: National (western side - will focus between Glasgow to Birmingham) ideally based Manchester or surrounding areas

Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000 + circa £17,500 bonus paid quarterly
Benefits: Electric company car + benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager Heat Pumps to New Build & Social Housing will involve:
Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of heat pumps purely to new build / social housing market sector
All of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, developers, councils, local authorities and social housing
Currently got relationship with Bellway, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon etc therefore your responsibility will be to target regional / SME projects however will be able to target nationals
Predominately a new business position however will be given some accounts to manage
Turnover target tbc
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Heat Pumps to New Build & Social Housing with:
Must have field sales experience in the new build and social housing sector
Open in terms of what building products youve sold
Dynamic with a strong work ethic
Likeable, tenacious and results orientated
