Remuneration: £50,000 + £15,000 bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:

* Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & waterproofing systems such as; single play membranes, felt systems, hot & liquid applied waterproofing, ancillary and accessories

* All of your time will be spent selling to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants such as; Jewsons, MKM and IBNG

* Well established area turnover circa £3.5m

* Good blend of account management and new business

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:

* Must have sold a similar building envelope or roofing solution such as; guttering, roof tiles, insulation, flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, facades etc

* Must have sold to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants

* Genuine ‘get up and go’, hungry and desire to earn

* Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
