About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take full ownership of a regional territory, driving sales growth through a mix of account management, new business development, and showroom support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a structured weekly schedule, with four days in the field and one day for administration and planning

Take full ownership of territory performance, planning, and prioritisation

Support and develop a network of kitchen showrooms through training, coaching, and performance improvement

Manage and grow relationships with independent kitchen retailers

Identify and secure new display opportunities within the region

Drive product adoption, range expansion, and showroom investment

Maintain responsibility for commercial decisions including pricing and negotiations

Support retailers with design software for smaller projects and liaise with central teams on larger designs

Requirements / Skills:

Proven experience within the KBB or kitchen industry

Strong background in both account management and new business development

Experience delivering training and support in a retail environment

Commercially aware with the ability to work autonomously

Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

What’s on Offer:

On-target earnings of £75,000 with a basic around £50,000
