Area Sales Manager – Medical Devices (Surgical - Capital & Consumables) PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE CURRENT SURGICAL EXPERIENCE, SELLING INTO THE NHS Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Company Car We are currently working exclusively with a well-established medical device organisation within the surgical market, looking to appoint a Territory Manager to cover a defined North West territory. This is a high-performing, commercially focused role managing key hospital accounts and driving growth across a specialist surgical portfolio (Surgical and consumables) Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined territory across the North West London & South East (Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Essex, Ipswich, Berkshire, Cambridge & Oxford) Drive new business across NHS and private hospital environments Maintain and expand existing key accounts Sell a portfolio of surgical consumables and procedure-based products Engage with clinical stakeholders, procurement and key decision-makers Deliver product demonstrations and support clinical usage in theatre settings
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years surgical medical device sales experience Strong understanding of surgical environments and clinical pathways Ideally a clinical/surgical background (e.g. theatre-based exposure) Proven track record of delivering against sales targets within NHS settings Strong stakeholder engagement across surgeons, clinicians and procurement
