Join a company with a strong reputation for innovation and quality, selling cutting-edge Power Transmission products to key industrial sectors.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing your own territory across the South of England, driving sales of new and existing products. Key responsibilities include:Achieving individual sales targets across your territoryDeveloping and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers including OEMs, End Users and DistributorsRepresenting the company professionally in the fieldReporting sales activity and forecasts to the Regional Sales ManagerExtensive technical and sales training providedThis is a field-based role with hybrid working flexibility, spending time at customer sites and from home as needed.About YouProven experience in a field-based sales role within the Power Transmission industry, ideally selling geared motors & associated equipmentExperience selling into materials handling, food & beverage, or automotive sectorsHighly motivated and target-drivenExcellent organisation and time-management skillsStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesUnderstanding of power, speed, and torque fundamentals essentialMechanical / Electrical engineering qualifications advantageousFull, clean UK driving licence requiredPackage & Benefits£50,000 base salaryExpense allowanceCompany carPhone and laptop23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)Excellent pension schemeDeath in service benefitThis is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional to join a global leader and take ownership of their own territory in the South of England.JBRP1_UKTJ
