Area Sales Manager – Northern Scotland

Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness & surrounding areas

Up to £55,000 + up to 30% bonus + company EV


We’re working with a leading British manufacturer of advanced process solutions, renowned as the number one in their field with a strong reputation across multiple industries. With state-of-the-art UK manufacturing and a commitment to innovation, they provide turnkey solutions to sectors including food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, water, healthcare, oil & gas, and industrial markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically minded sales professional to take ownership of a well-established territory and develop an existing account base across North & East Scotland.


The Role

As Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage and grow a well-established territory with key accounts
  • Drive sales and profit growth through consultative, solution-based selling
  • Work directly with end users across multiple industries
  • Engage with OEMs and support distribution partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

About You

You’ll be:

  • Experienced in consultative or technical sales
  • Familiar with industrial/process or production environments
  • Driven, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Experienced in field or internal sales


Backgrounds considered include:

Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, Area Manager, or similar.

No prior experience in process systems is required – full training is provided.


Additional Info

  • Territory: North & East Scotland
  • Travel: Field-based role with occasional overnight stays
