With a strong name in the market and a consistent pipeline of work, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South East.The RoleThis is a field-based sales position focused on developing new business and managing key accounts across your territory.You'll be selling a range of plant and equipment solutions, working closely with customers across construction, plant hire, aggregates and recycling.Key Responsibilities: Identify and win new business opportunities across the regionManage and develop existing customer relationshipsConduct regular site visits and client meetingsProvide technical and commercial support on plant solutionsUpsell and cross-sell across the product rangeMaintain CRM and manage your sales pipelineHit and exceed sales targets and KPIs The CandidateThis role is suited to someone who already understands the industry and can hit the ground running.Key Requirements: Proven experience in plant sales / construction equipment salesStrong understanding of heavy plant, attachments, or equipment hire marketsTrack record of winning new business and managing accountsConfident dealing with customers across construction, quarrying, or recycling sectorsSelf-motivated, driven and target-focusedFull UK driving licence Why Join?
