About the Role Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our growing manufacturing business, covering Bristol and the surrounding region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of a well-established territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across the region
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors
Deliver against sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall company growth
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service
Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systemsAbout You
Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own territory effectively
Full UK driving licence
