Area Specification Manager – Roofing, Cladding & Facades
This is a field-based specification sales role focused on creating demand and securing residential and commercial specifications for a premium range of standing seam roofing, cladding and rainscreen façade systems.
Package: £55k–£60k basic + £8k–£12k uncapped bonus - 10% non-contributory pension - Healthcare - 25 days holiday - Electric company car
Territory: North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands

The Role:
* You will be responsible for creating demand and securing specifications across a wide range of residential and commercial projects
* Tracking projects across high-rise and low-rise residential, student accommodation and commercial sectors (healthcare, education, hotel & leisure)
* Inheriting an established client base and active project bank from a promoted Area Specification Manager
* Working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and approved installers to secure specifications
* Following projects through the full cycle to protect and convert specifications into orders

The Successful Applicant:
* You will be an experienced field sales professional within the construction industry
* Previous experience working as an Area Specification Manager or within a specification-led role is highly desirable
* A background within the building envelope sector would be a strong advantage
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to solution selling
* Target-driven, with the ability to manage projects and relationships effectively
