Overview of Role:

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position calls for a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflows within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise electrical and gas engineering teams, promoting a safety-first culture.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Resolve any arising technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.

  • Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair

  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines.

  • Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure.

  • Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering within a supervisory capacity.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

  • The ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

  • Capability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting client needs.

  • Resilience and attention to detail.

  • A team player who can collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Working hours are: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm (1 hour for lunch).
