Welcome to another Prestigious Vacancy for RCCN We are currently looking to employ a Area Cleaning Supervisor within the Ormskirk Tarleton Southport area looking after Cleaners working in schools 25hrs per week Must have your own Vehicle Mileage is paid @ 0.45p per mile for the first 10,000 miles then reduces to 25p per mile there after Full Job Description The Purpose We are looking for a new Area Supervisor to join the team working along side our Area Manager You will need to be an organised and energetic individual with proven leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and people. 35hrs per week Key Accountabilities Take responsibility for the management and development of cleaning contracts within your designated area Work with and support our clients and team members in the day-to-day service we delivery. Maximize contract through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service. Communicate effectively with the client, staff and head office teams. Ensure staff retention and motivation and develop team members. To select, recruit and vet employees in alignment with Company and Client policies, terms and conditions, and be accountable for their induction and ongoing training and development.
