You will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening partnerships, and building a high-performing wholesale function within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.The OpportunityThis role offers the chance to take full ownership of a diverse wholesale portfolio, including luxury department stores, independent retailers, and corporate clients. You will play a key role in shaping territory strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and elevating brand presence across multiple channels.Alongside commercial delivery, a major focus will be on leading and developing a junior team, embedding structure, coaching for performance, and driving accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a junior wholesale team, setting clear expectations and ways of workingOwn and execute territory strategy across key accounts and growth channelsDrive new business development and expand existing partnershipsMaximise product visibility, category space, and brand presence in-storeForecast sales, manage pipelines, and deliver clear performance reportingBuild strong relationships with retail partners, from independents to major chainsNegotiate effectively to achieve commercial and strategic objectivesOperate with agility in a fast-moving, evolving environmentAbout YouYou are a commercially driven leader who thrives in a hands-on, growth-focused role.
