This is a maternity cover role based at our Wiltshire Support Office in Swindon, where you'll lead the visual direction of our photography and video-across both lifestyle shoots on location and in-house studio production.
You'll manage a small, talented team of creatives, alongside trusted freelancers, bringing together concept, styling and execution to ensure everything we produce feels unmistakably Neptune. It's a role that blends creativity with organisation-balancing vision with delivery in a fast-moving retail environment.
