The Role
Provide in-class support across
Art and related creative subjects Assist students with coursework, sketchbook development and practical projects Encourage confidence, creativity and independent working habits Support students 1:1 or in small groups where needed Help maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment Work closely with teaching staff to ensure students stay on track towards deadlines and assessment goals The ideal Art Learning Support Assistant
Holds a
degree in Art
(or a closely related subject such as Fine Art, Illustration, Design, Photography etc.) Has experience working with young people (desirable but not essential) Patient, proactive and confident supporting students with varied learning needs Passionate about education and creative development
Enhanced DBS required
(or willing to complete a new one) At
