The Role

As the school's Art Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, differentiated Art lessons to secondary‑aged students with SEN Plan creative projects that build students' confidence and artistic skills Adapt teaching methods to meet a wide range of learning needs and communication styles Work closely with the SENCO, therapists, and support staff to ensure personalised progress Foster a classroom environment that is safe, calm, and encourages self‑expression Support wider school activities, enrichment programmes, and cross‑curricular art projects
