We are seeking a full-time passionate, dynamic and imaginative Art Teacher to join a dedicated team at an inclusive and thriving Secondary School in Coventry. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire young people to unlock their creativity and develop their artistic confidence. You will be teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 is advantageous).

Your New Role:
Art and Design plays a vital role in the school’s curriculum, fostering creativity, innovation and cultural appreciation. As a Teacher here, you will:
* Inspire curiosity and nurture a love for art in students of all abilities
* Guide learners in exploring a variety of media, techniques and art forms
* Encourage critical thinking, self-expression and visual communication
* Celebrate diversity by drawing upon both traditional and contemporary influences
* Support students in building strong portfolios, achieving excellent outcomes and expressing their individuality through their work
* Assess the progress of students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed
* Create an inclusive classroom environment that follows the school’s behaviour policy
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers to support student progress and wellbeing
