Applied AI Engineer

Xcede are currently working with an AI consulting firm that helps large organisations design, build, and deploy real-world Generative AI systems. They partner with well-known brands and generate multi-million-pound revenues through their work.

Due to high demand across multiple projects, they are looking to hire around 60 engineers. This is a great opportunity to join at a time where your contribution will be immediately valued and where you can make a meaningful impact from day one.

The ideal candidate will come from a software engineering background and now be working as an AI Engineer with experience integrating LLMs into applications.

You will:

• Design and develop applications powered by LLMs
• Build Python-based microservices
• Create AI agents and automated workflows
• Deploy and integrate models into production environments
• Contribute across multiple client engagements
• Take ownership of delivery on selected projects
• Support code reviews and mentor other engineers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of enterprise experience
• Experience integrating LLMs into applications, including deployment and product ionisation
• Strong Python skills
• Experience building microservices
