Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdough, baguettes, and speciality loaves. Mix, scale, and shape doughs according to standardised recipes and production requirements. Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and are prepared in line with daily orders. Follow precise baking techniques to maintain consistency and excellence in every batch. Execute daily production tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and output targets.
