What Youll Do Mix, shape, and bake artisan breads to the highest standard
Manage dough fermentation, proofing, and baking schedules
Maintain a clean, efficient, and organised bakery environment
Work closely with the Head Baker to refine recipes and processes
Support the team with prep, from specialty loaves to seasonal products
What You Bring Solid experience in artisan bread baking (sourdough expertise a plus)
Understanding of fermentation, hydration, and shaping techniques
Ability to work efficiently in either day or night baking schedules
A commitment to consistency, quality, and hygiene
