Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Maidstone, Kent Salary: £40,000 - £43,000

They are looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their expanding team covering Maidstone and the wider Kent region.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: * Undertake Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 guidance * Carry out air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling in accordance with HSG248 * Collect and record bulk samples accurately during site visits * Produce clear and compliant technical reports * Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic properties * Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
