Flair Environmental is a fast-growing, progressive consultancy providing nationwide Fire, Legionella, and Asbestos services. With ambitious plans for expansion and a strong reputation for quality and compliance, we are looking for an experienced *Asbestos Quality & Technical Manager* to play a key leadership role in driving standards across the business.

Previous Asbestos Quality Manager Experience required

*The Role*
This is a senior position within the company, combining *technical leadership, quality management, and health & safety oversight*. You will act as the company’s lead for asbestos compliance, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all projects.

You will have the autonomy and trust to manage your own time, while taking full responsibility for *UKAS accreditation, auditing, and health & safety systems*, supporting the business as it continues to grow.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage and maintain company quality systems in line with *UKAS requirements*
* Lead all *UKAS audits* and act as the main point of contact for assessors
* Ensure all company *accreditations and certifications* are maintained and audit-ready
* Oversee and continuously improve *health & safety systems and compliance*
* Ensure adherence to all relevant *HSE legislation, HSG264, and industry guidance*
* Act as the *technical authority* for asbestos surveying and reporting
* Review and sign off asbestos survey reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance to surveyors and staff
* Carry out internal audits and drive *continuous improvement* across the business
* Promote a strong *safety-first culture* throughout the company

*About You*

* Extensive experience within the *asbestos industry*
* Strong technical knowledge of asbestos surveying and legislation
* Proven experience managing *UKAS accreditation and audits*
* Strong background in *health & safety management and compliance*
* Experience in a *quality, technical, or compliance leadership role*
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident working independently with the ability to manage your own workload
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead and support a growing team

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
