The Role Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling Working across commercial and mixed-use properties Producing accurate, compliant survey and analytical reports Ensuring all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance, xehkeey and UKAS procedures
