Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Newport, South Wales Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits
Due to continued business success, a busy UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is seeking a hardworking Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across South Wales and the South West region. You will be covering a mix of commercial, domestic and public sector sites and must be able to travel in line with company requirements. The company has a good reputation within the industry and are an independent outfit. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits for the successful candidate.
Client sites are situated around: Newport, Chepstow, Lydney, Pontypool, Blackwood, Pontypridd, Cardiff, Barry, Bridgend, Swansea, Merthyr Tydfil, Abergavenny, Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Portishead, Thornbury, Stroud, Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Weston-super-Mare, Wells, Frome, Glastonbury, Bridgwater.
Experience / Qualifications: - Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404, or RSPH equivalent - Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, within a UKAS accredited outfit - Fully versed in HSG 248, HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines - Good literacy and numeracy skills - Competent in using IT software, such as: TEAMS and Microsoft Office Suite
