Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £26k - £42k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected Asbestos consultancy, who hold UKAS accreditation and a busy client portfolio. They are seeking an experienced and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor, who is able to hit the ground running and with a proven track record within the industry. As a minimum, applicants must hold the BOHS P402, or RSPH equivalent. Our client has recently won new domestic and local authority contracts in the Midlands, therefore they are ideally looking for someone within a reasonable distance to client sites. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits include: company vehicle and overtime opportunities.
Consideration will be given to candidates located around: Tamworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Coventry, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Lichfield, Burntwood, Rugeley, Cannock, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Stafford, Penkridge, Swadlincote, Derby, Nottingham, Burton upon Trent, Loughborough, Leicester, Rugby, Daventry, Northampton.
Experience / Qualifications:
* Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
* Proven track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Working knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
* Fully signed off for all asbestos surveys
* Good literacy and numeracy skill level
* Comfortable using IT software
