ASD Support Assistant | Role Overview: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD. Collaborate with teachers and SENDCo to implement tailored strategies. Promote social, communication, and emotional development for students. Create an inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued.

The ideal ASD Support Assistant: Patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting students. Experience with ASD (desirable but not essential). Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.
