As a Store Manager – Express in one of our Asda Express stores, you will work with a small team of colleagues to drive sales, set standards, and deliver KRAs. You will be the key motivator, maintaining morale and creating an operation that keeps customers coming back. You will support Asda's pricing strategy and keep costs low. As part of the leadership team, you will work on a rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings and sometimes late nights. About You You can work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change. You are naturally friendly, eager to get stuck in, and work with your team to deliver great results. You possess good leadership and people skills, and you are a strong coach, role model and mentor who inspires the team to be their best. At times, you will need to deal with management issues such as disciplinary and grievances in a professional manner, and manage rota planning and holidays.
