Who you are:

* A recent Psychology graduate (or Criminology with psychology interest) in or around Luton * Passionate about mental health, child development, and educational support * Empathetic, resilient, and proactive in supporting vulnerable students * Previous experience with SEN or children is a plus - but the right attitude matters most!
