An all-boys secondary school in Barnet is looking to appoint an Aspiring Educational Psychologist to work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils with additional learning, behavioural and emotional needs both in and out of the classroom.

Aspiring Educational Psychologist The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support to boys who require additional academic or pastoral support

Work closely with pupils with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs across KS3 and KS4

Support teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour management and classroom engagement

Build positive, professional relationships to help pupils remain focused and motivated

Gain hands-on experience working alongside the SENCO, pastoral teams and external specialists

Aspiring Educational Psychologist Ideal Candidate A graduate with a Psychology or related degree
