Are you an experienced Assembler with a passion for precision engineering Join our dynamic team at Davall Gears, where you’ll play a vital role in the assembly and quality evaluation of complex gear boxes and sub-assemblies. Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, strip, and evaluate complex gear boxes and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Operate laser marking equipment and ensure part marking is executed accurately.
Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to maintain seamless workflow and communication.
Conduct thorough testing of assembled gearboxes to ensure functionality and quality.
Maintain compliance with AS9100 standards and identify any defective materials or assembly issues actively.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role within an engineering environment.
Proficiency with a variety of manual hand tools and conventional machine tools.
Strong ability to read and comprehend complex engineering and assembly drawings.
Experience with affixing electrical motors and basic wiring procedures.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high quality in all aspects of work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
